The resort is expensive but, at present, so is Chianciano Terme. We have stopped in several kinds of suites when traveling and are convinced this was probably the finest place. Really clean. We were within brief walking distance from virtually everything we demanded at this location. The Alba rooms lend themselves towards an extremely homey experience (in spite of the fact that a drawback for travelers who prefer big rooms is that the rooms in this hotel aren’t very commodious) The staff was welcoming but quite inefficient
